The current onboarding relies heavily on sales team involvement, so this project explores eliminating human touch points while still showcasing the value of the software, enabling prospective clients into free trials faster in hopes of reaching a wider client base.

The current sales process relies heavily on high touch and manual steps which creates friction for smaller clients and limits WCT's ability to scale to a wider audience. The challenge is redesigning the onboarding to reduce sales team dependency while providing value to prospective clients.
The simple low friction onboarding proposed works for individuals as well as teams. It is fast, intuitive and visually representative of what the software entails. The solution offers the user to start a root cause analysis from an existing file completed on one of four used common software used to complete RCA's, offers simple team invitation and even pre populated branding for output reports.

A modern landing page, keeping up to the WCT design system with a clear Sign Up button making the primary action obvious for users.
Getting everyone in as a group to test the product is as simple as an email, with visual representation of how the users will look and interact within the app.
Enabling the user to start from an existing file, removing the blank canvas problem and reducing time to value. Options to upload from an external source or use AI to assist in building the initial RCA file.
Utilising the existing data from uploaded files or AI assistance to create a pre populated dashboard, allowing users to immediately start analysing and working within the app, significantly reducing the time to value moment and instilling confidence in the product.
